Starting as a Theatre Stage Manager, most recently on Broadway's First National Tour of Mean Girls the Musical, I transitioned into Events, gaining recognition as one of Bizbash's Top 500 Most Influential Event Pros in the US. Working with industry giants like Under Armour and Salesforce, I've developed global training programs, standard operating procedures, and unforgettable event experiences from ideation to execution, collaboratively managing projects to make a significant impact. This journey has provided me with a unique perspective on rapid professional advancement, leadership, nurturing growth, achieving excellence, and living "Full Out."
